Each gift certificate has its own unique number.

Simply email the gift certificate to the recipient, which they can then redeem when they wish, by entering the unique code at checkout.

Gift certificates can only be used once as a credit against goods purchased on this website, once redeemed they will be removed from our database.

Any unused portion cannot be refunded but will be held in our database for your future use.

Gift certificates will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift certificates will be issued in UK pound sterling.
